Payment Update
- QM will begin to make payment from 10th May onwards up to July. ✅
- QM is committed to settle all the payment as soon as possible. 80% payment done, remaining only 20% ✅
- QM is confident these payment issues will never repeat again in the future ✅
Company Update
- QM Bullion Bank transition process is almost done. Will begin to operate this month ✅
- One of QM mining in South Africa will start to operate this month and gold production will begin. This will regain companies cash flow ✅
- 15 May 2024, Tawafuq will begin audit, Tawarruq concept will no longer used and will be replaced with Booking Order concept ✅
- Shariah Certificate will be released soon ✅
- Company is committed to compiling all the regulations under BNM & SC. QMEI name will be delisted soon from scam alert list ✅
New Product Update
- QM will introduce new product “GAE10X Easy” & GCA on second week of May. ( No 3.5% profit rate / management fee ). This promotion will be ongoing for the next 6 months after launched ✅
- QM will launch new apps “Earn Gold Nearby” on August 2024. Functions almost same as Touch N Go E-wallet ✅
Other Updates
- One of QM Director, Tuan Haji Kamari Zaman resigned due to ailing health condition. He has been hospitalised due to lungs and heart problems ✅
- QM shariah committee chairman will make sure QM will compile 100% based on shariah regulations ✅
- QM Founder presented to various QM agencies leaders' about QM’s existing asset and mining contracts ✅
- QM Malaysia is moving towards listing in Nasdaq ✅
- QMEI is moving towards listing in New York Stock Exchange (TBC) and existing QMEI members shall be given QM share Warrants on 1:1 ratio from their existing shares ✅
- QM is still the physical gold supplier of 4 commercial banks & ACO (coop) ✅
- QM shall not be using Brinks vault services, and all physical gold are shifted to QM bullion bank ❌
